BPS Access
Members not only have access to the coworking space, but the common areas of Billy Penn Studios including networking opportunities with a large community of over 80 tenants consisting of a wide range of Philadelphia businesses.
Lots of Space
Our facility spans 8,000 sq ft and two stories. Unlike other coworking spaces, Penn's Treaty has extensive common area spaces as well as access to Billy Penn Studios.
Kitchens
Not one, but two kitchens are useable to coworking members. Each floor has its own kitchen, stocked with snacks, coffee, tea and reverse osmosis water filtration. We also now have a two-tap Kegerator stocked with local beers!
Printing
Three new high end Xerox AltaLink MFP printers via Complete Document Solutions are available to members, with one machine per floor.
Networking
We are an entrepreneurial incubator. Monthly networking events, like community lunches, and business card exchanges promote entrepreneurial collision
Storage / Mail
Members are each provided with a personal private storage locker. All dedicated desks and offices receive their own mailbox.
