Toby is a real estate broker and third generation real estate investor whose real estate career has spanned 30 years. Toby owned his first property at 18 years old.

Toby's father previously owned 1516 N 5th St, and after acquiring the property Toby formed a partnership group to transform the property into an adaptive re-use commercial project.

Jamie has over ten years of experience as a residential real estate agent, selling properties throughout Philadelphia. Jamie brought her real estate experience to Billy Penn Studios and works as the Property Manager.
